I would like to buy a skateboard to windskate ( www.solfunciona.com ) and kiteskate ( www.mountainboard.com ) with the same skateboard ( only changing the straps, if necessary - is it necessary??? ).

I would go with the Mountain Board, its got bigger wheels which is also good for the beaches.

if you want to 'windskate' you can remove the straps off the mountainboard.

I would recommend the Charger or Razor, Charger more if your goin to be doing more windskating since its got a bigger deck, and easier to gybe.

Razor for kiteskate, since its lighter for jumping

yes ther is a lighter board, the Grasshopper (116cm), 8 ply Maple wood Deck, with 14' Trucks and 8' Wheels

yes you can use it for kiteskate or just plain mountain downhill.
