Yes, it's COLD though. Been in the 80's for about 10 days. I've been unindated with family and my wife being out of town (that means I have to watch the kids full-time, which takes up windsurfing time). I've gotten little TOW lately, but hopefully that will change tomorrow.

For those who might be coming down, I'd recommend avoiding the JFK Causeway. It's two lanes because of construction and the higher than normal water levels being pushed by Isidore have one lane nearly wet, and possibly very wet. The authorities are talking about a 20 one way/ 20 the other way switch, which means LONG delays. Not worth it. Go to the bay instead, or hunt down that secret spot I'd be shot for telling your about (I've got a flak jacket, though, so fire away!).

I think Isidore is going to miss us completely, but hammer New Orleans [That's not 'me', but the forecasters telling me]. Lili isn't far behind and you just never know with either of them. From what I can tell Sarasota Jack and that guy in Jax might get wet and windy, though. Who else? I think it's going to hit you Jerry, if you hang tight. You'll probably see some wind and lots of rain.

Is Kyle providing any waves on the East coast?

Gary,

Cold is a relative condition. When you get used to water temperatures in the 80's and the air temp near 100, that feels cold. Don't let Mike F hear about this though, he might consider Corpus again
