Might be moving to this area, and would like to know if there's any windsurfers and where they sail. I'm familiar with the sailing from Nags Head & South. Any good sites close to ECity? Thanks

Never heard anyone mention any E-City sites, but the map makes it look like the Wade Pt area could be good in NE.
