A Complete Kite - in addition to the kite - include the Control Bar, the Leader Set, A 30m 3-Lines Set and a Wrist Leash. The Wind Range above mentioned is to KiteSurf. All of the STW can fly starting around 4-5 knots. Advanced and aggressive riders can get higher wind ranges.
