Way to go Windsurfer01! I'm new to the sport and hungry for information and places to discuss kitesurfing. Have you posted to to eGroups yet?

Had a mellow day yesterday in Seattle. Flew my Naish 9.0 AR3.5 in 5-7 kont winds. Not enough to waterstart so we were doin assisted land launches. Anyone have any recommendations on light wind water starts? My biggest problem was when the kite was leading edge down. There didn't seem to be enough wind to turn it over.

Hi,

I am currently flying a 4m or a 2.5 meter ram air kite from a buggy. I have been thinking about buying a waterproof kite and a modified surfboard,(I have got a local hero mini mal). Are there any newsgroups, mailing lists or sites dedicated to kite carting that anyone knows of?
