Hi!
I'm going on holiday to Rhodes next week. Is there anyone who can give me some tips on the conditions at Rhodes? Wich part of the island have the best conditions? Is there any shops who rent equipment / do lessons?

There are windsurfing centres where you can hire kit and take lessons at Ialyssos on the north coast a few miles west of Rhodes town and Prasonisi at the southern tip.
At Ialyssos there are three centres by the Blue Horizon hotel. Take turning towards sea by police station in Ialyssos then turn left. I think there is also a kite hire station a few hundred metres to the west.
There are 2 or 3 windsurfing centres at Prasonisi one of which is Polish.
When I was there at the end of June there was a little stronger wind in the North. The wind there is cross shore. There were a few waves, quite often I used a 5.4 but sometimes I had to go bigger - up to 8.2
In the south there is a sandbar and you have a choice between offshore flat water (more popular) and onshore conditions.
