I am in the caribbean for the first two weeks of march, and have been trying to find out if there is a kitesurf school anywhere in the US Virgin islands. So far, no luck. Is this because there is nothing there, or am I just failing to find it ?

Yes, I know about that one, but I am not going to the Dominican Republic this year. I was, and still am, looking for a school in the US Virgin Islands, irrespective of whatever name they trade under. The LOCATION is is the key.
