I just moved to the Big Easy and want to start kitesurfing on Lake Pontchartain. Is there anybody in the area to play with?

Hi Thomas,

I will be moving with family to "The Big Easy” in March and I am looking for a good instructor or school that can teach me Kite surfing.

I posted already a topic yesterday, but saw yours today and thought you might have found some people to kite with on Lake Pontchartrain who could help finding the right person or school in New Orleans.

I checked already the www.cat5kiteboarding.com but can’t really find any schools or instructors.

Thanks so much,

Stefan

On www.cat5kiteboarding we have link "Safety/Lessons/Basic Info". There you can find some lesson possibilities.

I'm also new to the New Orleans area, currently living on the North Shore, and wanted to find out where folks are kiteboarding around here. The Cat5 site wasn't working when I tried it. Any point in the right direction would be great!

Thanks!
