Hi Matthias, we have been in Soma Bay twice , in september and in january . in sept. was very windy , about 5 bouf. every day. in winter it was less windy, but for kite surfing still enough. we are going to hurghada ( Hotel Magawish) in october. if you write me again in the end of october, i can give some more details about hurghada then . so long . yours manfred
