I've not used or seen one but I can only conclude, by the simple engineering facts and by the fact that no figures are given, that the boards weigh a ton or are relatively weak. To incorporate enough strength into a board like would require some serious strengthening of a standard design which can only lead to increased weight. Still, its a great idea, if they have pulled off a good usable board they will take over the market I'll bet.
