Looking at a deal on a 2001 Seatrend Comp Wave.

I sail some B&J, wave. N.Cal usual sites +Baja and soon Brasil.

Any advice on this board, I weigh in at 187-198 depending on season, any advice?

Hi Edward, I'm about the same weight as you. I bought that board at the end of last season, and have only sailed it a couple times. I got it to be my light-wind wave board and light to mid-wind B&J board. My impressions after 2 sessions in logo + waves are that it definitely has a fast wave rocker, and it's not as slashy as I'd like on a wave... but what it lacks there, it makes up for in speed... Great for blasting out through shore breaks, jumping, and B&J.
