The 2008 U.S. Kiteboarding Nationals Start With A Bang, Not A Whimper

In what is sure to be a week of exciting live action in San Francisco, the U.S. Kiteboarding Nationals kicked off.  The San Francisco Chronicle’s SFGate site covers the action with some great shots.

Over 100 riders are scheduled to compete with races going from today (Tuesday 6/10/08) through Saturday and a freestyle expression session on Sunday.  Should be a blast.  Hoping to get out there some time this week to get closer to the live action and get some perspectives from the field of racers.
